Nothing in Tampa, although I did consider investing there in recent years.One pain point is going to be doing a remote closing if you want to do that.For Florida you will need wet signed papers for part of the transaction (title transfer), so you'll need to get a US notarization from the embassy, and then physically mail stuff to the US (overnight air mail).

Lots of stuff to dig through in regards to all of it, but the biggest takeaway and change to the industry is that fact that buyer agent commission can no longer be offered through the MLS by the seller &/or listing agent.My take; this is great.

"low balling" doesn't necessary meet those standards.The way that realtor's generally have to work is provide the seller the true and accurate comps (market value) as well as expressing to them that you could also buy it at a discount but buy it fast, no repairs, etc (all the other stuff wholesalers say/provide).
