It's not an exact science without the MLS 

I have recognized that, for me personally, the RE industry provides a unique blend of technical science, creativity, and ingenuity.Next fall, I'll be starting right back up with school again as I pursue a master's degree in Real Estate Development.

I have study and, graduated in the field of computer science ( networking and system ) from Atlanta in 2008.

Apart from perusing my career in computer science, I am looking to gain as much knowledge as possible about investing and hopefully apply that to near-future investments.

It's not rocket science, it's grunt back work.
