You should absolutely be asking some concessions, but at the end of the day if this deal is a really good one for you, trying to find a little win/win somehow will be best for both sides.

The old law stated that if a tenant didn't prevail in an eviction lawsuit within 60 days, their names get revealed and can be collected by tenant screening companies.The new law says that the names get reported only if the landlord wins within 60 days, or if the landlord wins after trial if longer than 60 days.

An executive of a business authorized to sign such documents is often an employee, not necessarily an owner.If bankers won't let you sign like that, take your better attorney along and have him/her explain it to them.I have one who even trains IRS agents on the proper interpretation of the tax code (he, his partners and staff consistently win audits).
