For those that have encountered this before, what have you done?

Most of the problems you may encounter are discussed here on the site and in many many books.

Although not directly related to a RE deal, this could easily be a situation a house flipper could encounter.

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.

Old owner gave me a billing list for utilities he encountered last year, its a bit high in electricity but he had a AC unit out and a tenant was running heat on electrical he explained.

I place this here mainly as a guide to others encountering a similar situation, especially where regulatory issues are not involved.I am more than happy to assist in any way possible, and I do wish you good luck in sorting it out :)

I am questioning my brand new career i just graduated into and already thinking of jumping ship and pursuing yet another career in RE, not exactly sure what yet.. was thinking of starting with my agents license and move on from that....I currently own a handful of rentals i collected while in the military, i am averaging between 1200-1500 in income after paying the bare essentials that i would have as sustainable income if i switch to RE, but curious what others have.... i noticed the RE agent i used when i bought last house had an Uber sticker on her car, so i assume she Uber'd on the side...

Has anyone encountered this, or have suggestions on how to smooth this out?

While they may not be renting again from you in the future they will encounter people often they can refer.
