I downloaded several free applications for potential tenants to fill out and turn in directly to me which asked for credit card numbers, bank account numbers, loan account numbers and all of the related information.

You can tag each receipt by property and the best thing is that you can download all the receipts when you do not what to use Hubdoc.

@Doug Poff  if you pop on Brie schmidts turn key reviews site she has many podcasts of actual owners Brie does a fantastic job interviewing them and getting into the nuts and bolts of buying turn key.. one of the guest has posted on this thread even... if you like listening to those things I would recommend that.. plus I wrote an e book on the subject that you can down load from the site as well.

You did not mention you are using a realtor, if that is correct, when you download the Purchase Contract, find the Seller Financing clause, work your terms and present the offer.

As a host, is it recommended to provide apps on the Smart TV with log ins already set up (which would cost monthly fees) or to just have the apps downloaded on the Smart TV whereby the guests would log into their respective apps?
