I was fairly certain that he had vacated, but the e mailed notice that he had taken the electricity out of his name was further proof that he had vacated- he had left enough stuff behind that it would have been questionable otherwise.I am fairly certain our water supplier has something similar, but haven't used it since we have 2-4 unit buildings and just one water meter at each building, so water is included in rent for us.

@Bruce Woodruffthats the goal, I just cant find anything that will live up to what I want to sell the house for, I have been shopping around for different suppliers who can make the same metal just not name brand....What might you suggest?

And like Bill says above, AVOID anything under $20,000, if not $50,000...Same for 2nds, one fund actually has the cahones to ask for $0.75 of UPB on full equity juniors, over double the costs other suppliers charge.

If buying the $1/sf stuff then yes but buy a good mill thickness and you should be fineWe paid $2.50 a square foot for our house and it was from a supplier that supposedly gave us a discount.
