Texas may or may not be overpriced but the up cycle has to be getting a little long in the tooth and prices at all time highs....but inventory is low so who knows.How do you plan to fix and flip?

I just had a baby last year and she had a hole in her heart and just got open heart surgery but she is starting to do better however I am not wanting to leave her 50 hours a week and go back to that business I have always been interested in Real Estate I just need someone to help me and coach me on how to get started!
