I ask myself this rather frequently.

This costs way less than an eviction and it's frequently successful for me but if it doesn't work out you're all set up to evict.

At some point in the future if variance is more common, perhaps they will check more frequently, but I don't think that day is today.I think a price reduction is in your near future. 

Hi @Eric Fernando  this is a conversation you should have with your real estate attorney since the laws are changing frequently right now.

Personally, I drive by my properties frequently.
