However in Buenos Aires I think I would be able to make a niche for myself referring tourists to short term leases.I'm not too concerned about crime in Buenos Aires, I'd take my chances in Buenos Aires over Minneapolis any day.

The Minneapolis/St Paul market is also very strong and inventory low for entry level homes - I'm getting multiple offers on my flips - most recent sales have been conventional - 20% down and excellent credit.
