We are saving around 50%+ of our income on a yearly basis, while also putting away for retirement and we would both like to get out from under the mortgage on our primary residence sooner rather than later.After plugging in some of our numbers to a spreadsheet to simulate a first lien HELOC it seems to indicate that we would be able to payoff our primary residence in ~10 years while also paying significantly less in interest from a conventional mortgage.

. ($150k down, 5 year seller financing.) my point being you may get $20-$40k more in a year if you don’t need to sell.

Also one waterproof contractor put sump pumps in crawl space which gets water pumps out.

I'm meeting with a couple agents i was referred to through my network and am wondering what critical questions I should be asking them to understand if they are the right partners for me in this market, especially considering I will be managing this investment from the other side of the country, and what info I should be prepared to provide to them.
