A 2005 Triumph Speedmaster for when the weather is nice.  

As someone who is still in the learning curve, I'm happy with this little triumph and recommend any others new to a surprising property tax statement to take a moment to contest them.

However, privacy concerns triumph and the fact that you have multiple independent parties sharing rented space does not mean the tenants have relinquished their privacy rights.
