Apparently it's trademarked..... lol. 

Just for indulgence sake...he cant copyright his name...only Trademark ithttps://www.thebalancesmb.com/can-i-trademark-my-p...So if you are going to fake "protect" your name you should at least do the 10 second google search to pick the right legal term.  

They also tried to stop people from using We Buy Houses claiming trademark violations.

It should also be noted that representing MLS data without being an approved vendor through any given MLS is a copyright and trademark infringement.
