I was coerced in to signing an acknowledgement contract, after they threatened to send a the $995 cancelation fee, even though I never signed the original acknowledgment letter, ON TOP OF THE $795 application fee.I am currently pursing a civil suite against them, have file a complaint on every single platform I can find.

When he went to draft up the contract he made it a Confessions of Judgement contravr in which I waive all my rights and if any of my "associates or friends" talked about him I'd have to pay half a million per offense, and he could easily claim a violation happened that never did to collect half a million dollars and I wouldn't be able to do anything about it.He consistently threatened me with legal action into trying to get me to accept that crazy contract.

You can threaten them all you want, but it will cost more to legally fight them then just settling them - and you think you may win, but you may be wrong.

If their lease runs for another 6-12 months though, then you have to decide if you're willing to take on the hassle of 6-12 months of chasing down rent payments, delivering late notices, threatening eviction actions, and potentially going through the eviction process itself.

Instead of resolving the issue, he’s threatening to place a lien on my property unless I pay him.I want to understand how does this lien work and this one example, I have such few examples with handyman, plumbers etc  they always keep threatening if you don't pay us we will put lien on your property.
