Not happening.Major terrorist event.

Don't negotiate with terrorists.  

These include natural disasters, pandemics, terrorist strikes, economic downturns and despite all these mega metro cities have thrived and gotten twice as strong after every crisis.

So I am trying to be reasonable but all these service requests etc are eating into the cash flow and I believe I have been enabling a "terrorist".

After getting a phone call a few years later from the police department about a 12 and 14 year kids that weren't supposed to be living there getting charged with felony terrorist threats, I gave them their notice to move.  

The good news is that she is not a terrorist, has no evictions, has no criminal history.

How about this food for thought - if a nation were to have a somewhat rational central bank, relatively friendly business environment, relative safety from terrorist fuelled disruption, and to become a world leader in energy production, would you want to invest there?

My biggest fear when investing in DC isn't a great recession, but rather if a terrorist attack wiped out my rental properties.
