I am sure I will be very publicly wrong, and you all can make fun of me in two years, when stocks double and real estate prices crash 20% from here, but I just don't know how you can watch this industry, this closely, for this long, and not be raring to go in the current environment.

Also, not very easy to use typical methods of valuation like comparable sales - there is no public tax assessor's website that you can just freely grab this from.

There are thousands of websites out there that are disguised as helping the public find the best of the best but at the end of the day its simply taking your info and selling it to a 3rd party as a lead.If you are trying to buy a home or an investment property and you have good to excellent credit you should always use an FDIC Bank or Credit Union.
