Thank you guys for all of the replies and help I'm not going to let this hinder me I was more so wondering what other people have done in this situation or have encountered it before.

Colorado Springs has about 4,000 licensed real estate agents and 94% of first-year licensees will not renew their license (per the local MLS).As an example, I was recently invited to partner on an off-market wholesale deal that I had to decline because being a broker was a complicating factor that would unnecessarily hinder the deal.

One issue that has become a hinderance more than I’d like to admit is the fact that I look so young.

I prefer to give careful, well reasoned advice rather than sloppy advice that could hinder someone more than help them.

California and Florida are two very different states in regards to real estate so I would imagine studying for both would just hinder your education.As far as brokerages it’s hard to ask for advice because most people would obviously say their brokerage is the best.

I also am looking to increase my portfolio moving forward in life so I'm wondering if this would hinder my ability to do this, but it seems like refinancing and having both these properties paid off by the time I'm 43 or so would be pretty great!

Also, can I do this through an LLC or would that hinder my ability to get the best outcome since I would only be a one third partner in the LLC. 

Some people suggested on the thread " laws this and laws that" or " they need to make laws to hinder wholesalers" and i call BS.

I’m currently renting on a 13 month lease so a mortgage and my rent would definitely hinder my savings.

I used to be obsessed with spreadsheets and counting very penny I saved for the month, until I realized it was hindering my growth.
