It was definietely a confidence booster to start my investing journey and get out of analysis paralysis. 

(If you use it to fund an "REI team booster club" it would mitigate many of the hurdles surrounding money.)

Now, that happened BEFORE I discovered BP....and honestly speaking, had I got in contact with BP and a couple of folks I met here ( who have become personal friends and real boosters to  my REI carreer), I may not have paid the $10k......and that brings me back to my initial advice to Account Closed will agree with me..:)Happy investing!!

It will also act as a self-confidence booster (at least for me) to know that you're a problem solver and that you've offset your debt by jumpstarting your REI business.

We live in southern california, we have spent a lot time close to our rental as we are almost ready to list our second property.This summer our well booster pump went out, then our pressure tank, and now the capacitator on our AC, which means we will probably be replacing the unit because a capacitator will be more than half the price of a new unit.Guests run the AC, gas, all the utilities with abandon because they feel they are paying for it.
