Youtube has some older audio books.....rich dad poor dad for example...if you have the paid version you can dl otherwise stream them

No different than you aren’t supposed to leave a burning candle on all night right next to curtains.

Personally, whenever I walk into a home that smells like candles or freshly baked goods, I always wonder what they are trying to hide.

I also ban candles.

For instance, do you install window baskets with flowers, add a cool shed, patio furniture, light candles or bake cookies when showing?

We didn't sleep one wink while our first renter was in our STR condo...I was literally scared to death worrying about everything from them not knowing how to use the Keurig to them burning the building down trying to light a candle or something!

I remember how bad Y2K was going to be and how we needed to stockpile everything from candles to toilet paper.  

These tenants also liked candles....OK, so I guess no more candles allowed.

Infusers, air fresheners, candles?

Ive seen many people burn the candle at both ends, and not really change anything.
