He hired a company that was very new and some state of the art system that cleansed the area in 1/4 the time and with 1/2 the cost of the conventional methods.It's too late to call him now but I will get you the companies name tomorrow.

The woman who owned the chemical distribution company providing the cleansing fluids was a neighbor so we fell into it when she was looking for someone to take over this type of service her company provided.good luck....

There's an advanced forum search link on like every page, and if that doesn't suit you you can use google search with the advanced google filter site: biggerpockets.com/forumsNo space between the colon and the letter b; I had to do that because BP mangled the text otherwise.

@Shiloh Lundahl  Morning Shiloh hope your doing well in this new year.. this is a little off topic but maybe you knowi see these folks posting the deals like this and you have bold headers and semi colons.
