Stay away from the appearance of "kick-backs", commissions and inducements. :)  

Got to the property and it was boarded up and near a railroad track that the bums climbed over the fence to sleep there at night.

I'm kinda bummed, I just got my gas bill and I owe $70 this month for a house i'm not even living in yet!

In Omaha this year there have been a rash of smoker induced apartment fires.

Does anyone really believe they could walk into a bank get a committment for a loan and then walk outside and assign that loan committment to some bum on the street????

A lot of these agents are residential real estate agents who do leasing as a way to supplement their business of buying and selling houses, so don’t be surprised if they try to induce you to expand your growing real estate empire.There are companies that deal only in finding tenants for residential property.

So I'm a little bummed out tonight.

I'm so bummed because there are so many good tracks.

I'm bummed at how slow flipping houses takes.
