When are you planning on launching your STR business?

We launched the Airbnb Jan 31, 2022 and it has outperformed my goals already.

You can hire an agent just to show and be a body if they are willing, While its not perfect, ChatGPT is a great tool to ask initial questions and get a launching pad (always verify what it tells you)  - @Drew Sygit - Good point about getting someone to help you with screening if they dont have any "skin in the game" so to speak.

If FHA buyers make good purchases those transactions can be a great launching pad.

I personally would like to create multi generational wealth ie his children's children and I will have that conversation but not until he launches and gets his own life going.  

It may delay you a bit in getting it launched, but having to have a permit isn't necessarily a bad thing.
