@Himateja Madala, you’d be better of purchasing in the Tampa Bay area which is very close by.

Although the Dot com stuff was big time in the SF bay area then as well. 99% of those imploded of course but a lot of them are now successful in Dotcom 2.0.

RE meetups that have helped me are very specific to San Francisco Bay Area market (sales and median rents in the last year and last quarter) so I'd recommend finding a meet up or session that might address your local market and if that's a viable option for you to invest in. 

The other thing I meant to mention with EV in CA. and I am not sure if its this way in the Bay Area on 880 or 101 or 280 or 680 but the HOV lanes in LA if you have an EV you can run in the HOV lane with one person..

Bay Area, did a local renovation where I was able to do walk throughs with the contractor, and have pretty good control of this property, can check on it multiple times a week.
