If I want to make a donation of real estate to a charity I would donate it to a charitable organization. 

I am not a Realtor, but we realize that Realtors have a vested interest in helping schools and often times donate to the schools.  

I wouldn't dream of keeping an existing mattress, or getting a used one (I believe it is illegal to sell used mattresses - Goodwill, etc. will not accept donations of used mattresses for sanitary reasons, and if Goodwill isn't going to take it, I definitely am not.  

The security deposit was enough to cover the insurance deductible, though we chose to donate it to a trust set up for the tenant's young son.

@Sam Shueh the items are already donated, so it will not be possible for him to offer this.

If we're talking about a land allocation or a donated amount then it's important to clarify which one and make it very very clear it is an update to the information.

Hopefully, we can put a stop to it here before it spreads.So to anyone who holds real estate, or plans to in the future, I highly recommend you join or donate to this group that is fighting for property owner rights.

They are donating all their belongings to the salvation army.

Building a porfolio large enough to work when you want, dropping your kids off at school, going on field trips,not missing a single christmas concert or sporting event, kids never seeing daycare, volunteering,coaching, being able to make donations to charities of my choice..

Would the fire department take it as a donation?
