One thing that I haven't seen anybody mention is that the actual millennial generation is substantially smaller than the baby boomer generation is I watched a YouTube video making the argument that it wasn't millennials refusing to buy houses that was going to be a future problem for speculation builds but the fact that they're just weren't as many millennials available to buy or rent at all.

I found bigger pockets searching you tube for passive income. 

I found the BP podcasts on YouTube looking for information on real estate investing and since I heard the first podcast I am “addicted”, listening to several shows a week.

I’ve followed BiggerPockets for a while through blogs and YouTube.

Are all his new construction videos pulled off youtube?

There seem to be a few Quickbooks training courses out there from Mike Butler, a number on YouTube, and some more I'm not mentioning but I don't see one that seems to be the definitive go to solution.Anybody have a suggestions for the best Quickbooks training course or even person?

Since we've gotten serious a few weeks ago, I've pored over Rich Dad books, Morris Invests' YouTube videos, Podcasts, and of course the BP forums and Webinars.

Jay Hinrichs Yeah and YouTube is the worst now .Before every video an ad pops up of a guy in a swimming pool or walking into his mansion .

I bring too much to the table with my skill set so instead I just learn from reading and my favorite gurus on YouTube and of course, BiggerPockets podcasts.
