As I've done and so many before me but it is like a muscle, after you fail so many times you will learn and recover.  

Certainly more relaxing than some other types of investing i've tried.               

However, if I drink a couple of beers and relax, I normally don't hook it, but tend to get ahead of myself and push the ball right.  

I read ZERO business books.. when I travel and its extensive I read for relaxation. etc etc. 

For some that may be having a home where they can relax and center.

It is good for being educational, networking with like-minded people, but I would probably wait until I have some experiencing,  and use it to purches properties on the front end,  I would let a real estate on the resale up to an Agent that is not too involved with the subject property and is not more relaxed and emotional.    

Tenants want to know their stay will be relaxing and easy/convenient.

I think if I wasn't partnering, I would've been more relaxed about it.Plans moving forward:My goal is to do 6 flips (1 almost down, 5 to go) then switch over to rentals.  

(It was amazing but I digress)  I also managed three Airbnb rentals in the US at the same time while occasionally completely of the grid in Vietnam, or relaxing on the beach in Thailand. 

People always yell at me because I don't relax.
