Especially with more fiscal stimulus, as opposed to just pure monetary stimulus, the inflation will hit consumer prices much harder and because of global reduction in production we have a deadly combination of trillions of dollars flooding the currency and fewer goods to purchase.

I prefer not to call it arbitrage because it doesn't really fit that definition of being a pure middleman taking advantage of pricing imbalances for the same product in two markets.

Well...This is not some magic product or course or strategy...This is honestly and simply JUST pure logic, common sense and intelligence to  not follow the other 95% of people on BP that fail.Everyone has a big mouth claiming they are the expert and that what they do works..

Do you expect meaningful appreciation or is it more of a pure cash flowing market?
