How are the rentals nearby for the big time high school football teams?

Tear-down across the street recently sold last summer for $565K and ~3500 sq ft, high-end, new constructions nearby are selling as soon as they hit the market for ~$1.5 million.  2.  

I have been putting some cash into large apartment syndications and agriculture, but it seems like I should start stockpiling some cash so I'll be ready..

But, if you can't find deals nearby, then you will likely have to expand your search.  

We are interested in looking at nearby cities. 

I have seen potential deals that would have similar COC returns in those markets, and they are nearby.

I live in the Anchorage area, so if anyone needed some footage of a nearby home I'd love to help in exchange for some knowledge. 

In the "path of progress" you are likely to get an agricultural parcel changed to residential or perhaps SFR zoning to multi-family, but not residential to commercial, unless that's what the town already wants to see in an area.That said, I am looking to buy an old house right now in a nearby city on a very busy road.

Are there buses that travel to these properties or at least nearby?
