Was this GC licensed?

I recently got my Real Estate License for Ohio and am currently working on Licensing for WV.

I think a lot of this has come out due to the low standard of brokers out there that give the industry a bad name unfortunately... its so easy to get a license nowadays. 

I will use my knowledge in the home inspection field, owning and operating my home inspection business, the relationships i will make during that time, my experience in being a landlord and my knowledge as an licensed electrician and home inspector to help convince my investors that i am serious and have the skin in the game to get deals done.

We invested in Indianapolis, using a (recommended) licensed broker for the whole project, who ended up being full of hot air - which we only learned too late….

Type in search words/phrases such as "City" and "short-term rental permits" or "short-term license" or "vacation rental certificate" or something similar.   

My goal is to invest in real estate, and I believe that building relationships with successful and knowledgeable individuals is crucial to achieving that.I'm currently studying to get my real estate license.

It could be that the property had the lower level finished since the last appraisal was done, but the only way to get this confirmed is to have a licensed appraiser go out and assess the property in person.
