On the other hand, I’m hesitant to simply pay down more of a property, as we don’t need the immediate cash flow.Fortunately, both my wife’s job and mine are recession-proof, which allows us to be a bit more aggressive with our investments.I’d really appreciate advice from investors who have experience with frequent moves or military service.

Just to name a few: Borrower's Experience FICO Loan Amount Loan Type being sought: Perm (30 yr ams), Bridge (12-36mo I/O), Rehab (12-36mo I/O), Ground Up (12-60mo I/O) Property Type (1-4 unit, 5+ MF, Warehouse/industrial, Hospitality etc)If you have a specific deal in mind, then you can have a lender (or broker) look at it and give you a better idea.

Not sure how old you are, and $200K in a 401K may be a little or a lot based on age, there may be so many implications taking out money from your $401k, especially if you are still working for this company.feel free to reach out for tax advice
