I'm a junior at the University of Louisville, studying political science and going through Army ROTC.

Real estatr has been my passion since childhood as i can remember watching the tv show "Americas Castles" and just being in complete awe of the architecture and design and even more fascinated with the contractors who turned these drawings in to real, tangible structures.

I'm talking about the area right by the Liberty Science Center and Liberty Park.

Marketing is a science and works well when systematized and tracked for conversion rates.

I am good at science and math even though I hate the subject, but someone in this blog encourage me to follow my passion and change major to econs and hopefully get real estate license in near future.

I am originally from Redondo Beach, CA and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. 

I think I have it down to a science now.
