Am I going to be taxed with capital gains and self employment tax?

St one point they had said they were going to prepay rent through October so they didn't have to worry about rent while spouse is looking for employment.

Hopefully I have a little better luck here.My current employer offers an exceptional benefit through PST, or our profit-sharing trust, program.

Hi,I just started selling off my rentals, and in doing so I have to employ a team of workers to fix up the houses, nothing crazy, but people are working on ladders and occasionally using saws. 

I am sure they can if it is distinctly wet dog smell and not urine.We only use vinyl plank flooring like allure or something similar now whenever possible.

Are there stable employers around it?  

Here is where we are: I've talked to one broker recommended here and Wells Fargo, provided the same info to both: our credit score is 800, and both of us employed for over 10 yrs.  15 yr loan of around $390k, signed contract tomorrow or Monday.  

So, really, my gut says start there with the lawyers.Do you have any thoughts on the specific networking strategies you're going to employ?

Currently I have:$23k = rollover IRA$13.5k = Roth IRA*If it's of any importance, I'm unmarried, renting, no kids, and under-employed right now looking for an opportunity that matches my  normal salary range of $60-70k.

I'm 24 years old and think I'll be self employed for the rest of my life and want to finally start preparing for retirement.
