Laminate holds up well until a renter drops a drill on it, of course it's in the middle of the room so I have to remove half of the floor to replace that one piece.

Though I do like to think I went through the effort to find a location that is desirable, (to provide myself with a lower vacancy rate), as well as taking the management piece myself (yay $400!).

It can be a bit daunting but the best piece of advise I can give you is not to give up and to take action (I guess that's two things).
