I'm curious on where I should go to join a REI team that focuses mainly on creative finance?

Hey Devvrat - Connect with local agents, join local meetup groups, and try Facebook groups.

I am not talking about a home inspection which usually says "get a professional opinion" which is what you should have gotten to start with.The other option is to join a local REIG and see if you can walk a few properties with members that are doing them and compare notes. 

Re­ad books, attend workshops, listen to podcasts, join investor groups, and ne­twork with experience­d investors.

Join Facebook groups targeting the geographic area/interests. 

After speaking to Ryan and speaking to a couple of successful students of his, I joined his program.

I agree with others that said that joining meetups is one of the best things to get started. 

I may be going into litigation with them and I'm looking to connect with other investors who might be interested in joining together to help save on legal costs.

Tell the kids they are joining the Navy out of high school.
