If I add my cash flow it just pushes the amount up for a potential tenant to pay in rent. 

Both I would not recommend.decent entry level is 250k minimum to get anything that's close to being able to have a decent return and even that is pushing it- at least for our area- Myrtle beach/Surfside

High lawyer hourly on a messy drawn out deal and similarly agents taking lower commissions and pushing volume under the new model to make the same amount of money may be detrimental to buyers with more out of pocket fees (pay per showing, pay per offer, etc), versus being able to finance the brokerage costs. 

The more you own in the same building will push them towards being non warrantable condos .

If yes, I sell that stock and use the loss to offset the capital gains I will have from the sale of my ESPP shares.If you really don't WANT to sell anything else in your portfolio (that will cause a loss) you could do a 'wash sale'.

Correct some like me need more time, and yes they extended my contract to 180days as they are pushing for success!  

If the tenant pushes it in today’s culture you could be in trouble.

As we get out of a recession, interest rates fall, production increases as demand increases, and the spike in production generally pushes material prices down. 

I’ve never had someone turn down a financed offer and push for bond for deed.
