It's a special product.Regarding not having a standalone HELOC product, in 2022 during the heat of the low rate boom we did suspend our standalone product, and I can absolutely understand how that leaves a bad taste.In 2024 we are now a leader in the standalone HELOC and Closed End Second(CES) space! 

It really depends what loan product you choose.

I've had issues with PayPal for that and ultimately lost the money and the product I sold on eBay.

My PM is charging exorbitant fees for cleaning, products for the unit and bookings have moved to other properties.

If you pair it with a good lender who can communicate the full menu of financing products and strategies, and make good recommendations, you will be in business.
