If first infraction, a quick clean up and an appeal with a picture proving the clean up would likely result in fines being waived (or reduced).And who is to say your neighbor with plants growing into your yard isn’t getting daily fines that exceed those being levied against your property?

Right now I live in Arizona and Arizona has an “Assessment limit” protection along with “Rate Limit” and “Levy limit”.Meaning I am PROTECTED from having my property tax SKY ROCKET because it appears it is capped at 3% in Arizona?

The advantage of an escrow account vs a regular account is that it is protected like an IOLTA account for attorneys in that since it isn't really "my" money, it can't be garnished from me in the event i have a large judgment levied against me.
