At the end of last year I closed on my first duplex in Minneapolis MN.

That being said, I have a list of single and multi-family properties in the Minneapolis area that I believe could be great off- market deals but I am not sure how to move forward since I have no experience with purchase agreements and assigning to an investor.

Take this with a grain of salt because I work for a turnkey provider, but my 9 units have produced 9.5% on average the last 2 years not including appreciation which has been significant in Minneapolis.

Paul/Minneapolis area. this will be my first property I buy, so since I qualify for the first time home buyer programs could I use one of those down payment assistant loans they offer to help pay for the down payment on the FHA loan?

I recently completed a larger multi-family project in the Minneapolis, MN market that has been 100% occupied with consistent rent increases since May!
