I am about to close on my first vacation/STR IN Clermont from a builder.I will need some recommendations/referrals on furnishing/interior decor from a local designer.Pls PM me if you have any suggestions.

I’m what HUD calls an “owner/operator” so I am also the decorator, landlord, tree trimmer, etc.  

This property has good bones and was recently lived in (80s decor and no major updates since the late 90s) so it certainly needs some pretty extensive renovations to fully update. 

Updates to the interior decor and exterior landscaping but overall it STR ready for the most part What was the outcome?

It has been a life saver because I can get all info at my fingertips. 1) My interior decorator I found on said FB group and she has been my ROCK STAR!

If you want to allow pets and have a fenced in backyard, you'll be fully booked at a good number assuming the location and decor are good.

@Brian PulaskiThanks, for those pictures they look great, I order JSI cabinets from rtawoodcabinets.com pricing and quality is great and they have a lot of options if you want to make it more decorative. 

Only additional pricing would be for a decorative lip or backsplash.

However, I think it would be reasonable to expect a 10 year lifespan from some nice wooden blinds you got from Home Decorators.

Do NOT give this idiot a dime instead remind him he signed the lease he agreed to the current condItIon he did a walkthrough and it’s his responsibility to decorate using his money .
