@Don Konipol I think the biggest barrier people see before choosing either path you noted is accessing capital.

What is making you choose these far flung places?

For example, if your property is owned by an LLC meant to protect your personal assets that could become moot because you are purposefully and knowingly choosing to operate in an illegal manner.

It is about does it work.You do not choose a marketing budget or strategy based on whether or not you can afford it.

It's a major fallacy that one is better than the other.Truth is, when you are new, it is tough no matter what you choose. 

It is much easier to talk about being conservative when the sponsor implies that they are CHOOSING to keep millions in reserves or buy a low interest rate cap.
