I'm new to the platform but have been investing in real estate for some time.

If the sale is for $600K then you need to purchase $600K of replacement investment real estate. 

I am the Chairman of the Wicosnin Real Estate Investors (formerly WAA) we do the lobbying on behalf of the Wisconsin landlords at the state level. 

I am getting into Real Estate investing but am a rookie looking to connect, learn, network, and pick up any lessons along the way. 

I have a property in Memphis...and frankly no matter how much I've spent on property management (have had three, all promise the sky and deliver next to nothing), I have gotten the run around by the property management team in all three cases, which has deterred me from investing further in Memphis real estate.
