The property was actually sold back in April, but he's still giving me updates as if the property hasn't been sold.

Quick and easy deal for the seller, I am adding a new roof soon as well as making some other minor updates around the property.

I would also suggest you visit the property managers and interview them personally to see what their process looks like and how they update their other clients.
