@Joel OwensObviously, the OP and other posters missed your point completely.They think there’s a formula to follow and in 3 months of following said formula they’ll have a list of well financed, eager, experienced, quick decision making investors who trust their judgement and will automatically be interested in any deal they present them with.I do have such investors.

· How it Works:o First the Referee will read aloud the Judgement of Foreclosure.

As soon as they miss that first payment, a default judgement happens and the eviction is completed and a done deal.

This would mitigate some risks (loans getting called, etc.) but would introduce new ones (houses leveraged to 60-80% aren't the best targets for lawsuits, the bank/creditor will get paid first before some frivolous lawsuit judgement from what I understand, so paid off houses are a rich target).

Lastly, even if you do win a judgement, do you think you’ll be able to collect?

That greed supersedes or clouds agents judgements which allows them to close these deals for him.

First off, @Kyle Curtin, I’d say you’re a step ahead of most by using good judgement meeting potential lenders face-to-face at local real estate clubs.

You have all the right to be concened about the violations, but I think you're out of line and being extremely judgemental assuming what programs they may or may not be on.
