Pros could be: Clean water + tub for each guest; on a well, so no water waste concern; can make it design-y + cute; can be used winter (hot water) + summer (cool water); goes better with forest location of the home than a traditional hot tub might; will hold same number of guests as hot tub would (2 people in each tub).In researching I have seen some people on Airbnb have these checked in amenities as 'hot tub', some 'private hot tub'.

Granted, I do have great pictures of the property when its vacant, so I was wondering if I could just use those, clean up, and have the property ready for the new tenant to move in within the same month that the current tenant leaves... all without ever showing it in person before-hand.

Main things we are looking for are:1) Are residents keeping property in decent shape2) Any leaks or issues that could lead to substantial damage3) Any capital repair concerns (mostly foundation) that we might need to address4) Long term guests who aren't on the lease, pets who they're not supposed to have, etc.We also change the furnace filters (because we don't trust them to do that), clean off the AC units and are considering cleaning the gutters for an added fee if tenants request it.
