When riots ravage Minneapolis, no one is talking about the demise of that great city.

Not in his Cardone Capital  /  management of the real estate .I just hearken back to the GFC  there was a great development company out of Minneapolis  Opus development  they build the mall nearest my home in Lake Oswego  and they ended up BK  I had a friend that worked there  300 employees.. 

Her second husband was evicted from an apartment in Minneapolis in 2012, while he was married to her.

Here in MN, and I have heard in other markets similarly, we have already seen this big time especially in the popularly known market centers such as Minneapolis.

In Minneapolis, assessed value is at least a 2-3 years trailing number to real value since values have been going up so quick. 

We are located in downtown Minneapolis and also have a few other offices around MN.
