VRBO (may have changed it) but does not have coverage on stuff like this type of thing. 

I am really bad at forums and for some reason when I do the @name for @Don Konipol I get "no results found but I would read his stuff.

I've been using LLMs to help me improve my decision making on stuff like this.

A gentleman by the name of Ben Hedges on youtube is an expert on a lot of this stuff, maybe give him a watch.Also it's important to say that while getting a credit card through a bank with FDIC insurance isn't a requirement, it says a lot about the bank itself and I don't really know of any good banks that don't have it.

You can find some really great stuff on there for less than $10.

Not sure why this doesnt add up because Ive seen stuff like this from the average newbie often.

Get a feel for the big stuff and just pad your numbers.

Those are the types that have to worry about stuff like that. 

I would use this strategy if it was going to be a short term timeline to replace the money by doing value add stuff that would allow you to put a conventional 30yr fixed product so you could pay back your tsp in less than a year.

Brandon Turners book on managing rental properties is one of my favorites for learning this stuff.
