Regardless of what you call it and how bad the rights of parties are butchered it is dangerous to me.I have done tons of subject-to deals and there are all sorts of cute little things that happen that gurus glaze over.

I am active in Arizona so if you find any deals DM me an I can send you my criteria.As far as yellow letters go pretty much any mailer company online will be cheaper than those two, its just the amount of work as you will have to come up with your own message or have less graphics to choose from related to RE.

I used to do website stuff 10 years ago for my own sites.These days I have a company where I think up something in my brain and have them implement it on my site.Coding,graphic artists, etc.

This way I have them on record saying 'cute place, everything looks great'.I also check in mid stay for longer visits.

That being said, I am not the housekeeping police, tenants don't have to fix up their place "cute" to be good tenants.

Black mountain has some cute areas for cabin rentals, but whenever I rent one, it is generally in the hotsprings/Marshall area. 

There are tons of little towns within an hour of here that have a cute strip with a few restaurants & pottery studios.

Bryson City is a cute little town about 1 hour 15 minutes West of Asheville, home to Great Smoky Mountain Railroad - and also close to Nantahala Outdoors Center.
