Even though I currently reside in Abu Dhabi I am looking to move to Canada with the wife and get ourselves set up with rental properties, ultimately working less to enjoy life more.I look forward to meeting new people and being an active participant on the forums.Cheers,Rob

Labor force participation is much lower (lowest level in decades) and wages have been stagnant, adjusted for inflation, so fewer people working at the same rate of pay, reducing aggregate purchasing power... 5.

Other than that, participating in the forums, etc. is a great way to gain knowledge, and meet people local to your area, or niche you're in.

Just for clarity:Fannie and Freddie are both considered secondary market participants in the mortgage market.

I have been reading articles and discussions plus listening to BP popcast for many months, but I have yet to participate the forum discussion.

Flips sound like I would really enjoy doing them more, but I have extremely limited knowledge in fixing/repairing homes and don't have much extra time to spend doing it, so I think the "fun" part of having a flip I wouldn't be able to participate in and would just have to hire out.

I loved being able to participate & get my feet wet in RE and am looking forward to finding better deals out there.

With that success I have been asked to participate in a couple success webinars and a few speaking gigs at mobile home investing seminars!
