Just an update on this thread, I ended up purchasing vinyl window locks for each opening and installing a motion light.

I foresee this bath being lightly used and don't anticipate regular use of it.

I can change a light bulb, switch, etc...but if there is something behind the walls, or foundation...I want it not to cost me.

I have redone the master bath by putting in a pocket door, subway tile shower, new floor, can light, cabinet, everything really.  

I use the mobile version to scan business cards and do light editing of essential data, then I can follow that up with detailed categorization on my computer.  

I drove out there last evening and yes, the utilities are in and the lots are fully developed - paved streets, street lights, the whole thing.Does anyone have any experience buying up lots like that and building new?

Price per sq ft method: $5-7 per sq ft if a light rehab, $10-12 per sq ft on a medium rehab, $20 per sq ft on a "needs everything" heavy rehab.  

Do a light/dark with chair rail and wainscoting.

The holding fees would be Taxes , water , lights , swear & insurance .
