Hey there Bigger Pockets fam,I've been working on a deal to build out some contractor shops in our area.

I am shopping in Hawaii and can't even get a breath in there's just a ton taken up immediately.

I was just out shopping for new auto and umbrella policies, and most insurers won't write a personal umbrella that covers an STR if the underlying policy for the STR is on a commercial form -- which is the case for most good STR policies. 

Looking to make as much money as I can and need bodies.

Buyers who are shopping right now are able to leverage 3-2-1 and 2-1 buydowns to get their rates lower on certain properties that have been on the market for 4+ weeks, although we are still seeing mutiple offers in a lot of the popular zip codes and good school district areas.I'll be posting on this thread monthly to keep up with how the market is trending for all who are interested.

There is increased drama, increased lease violations, parking problems in your community with up to seven different cars (plus visitors), increased wear-and-tear (particularly in a single-bath home), and a dozen other problems.Despite having SEVEN able-bodied adults living in this rental, they can't afford rent?

Payroll business, car shops, etc.
