Essentially, it's an iPhone app that will recognize the property that you are at (with location enabled setting) and provide the user access to a property profile, comps, tax info, and the usual title company online services.

I am with James Vermillionat first we use rent to pay off any loans or repairs and then any overages will go into our next project.my first rental has funded 4 other projects, through rents and equityI don't understand the "live in first investment purchase". how are you renting it out too?
